Kayleigh was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Quicky to respond and as helpful as she could possibly be. She even went to great lengths to help us to get back to Shanghai at the end of our tour (we were stuck in snow in Shang-ri-la), even though we hadn’t booked our flights through her.
The guides were each local and were not only very happy to do what we wanted to, but gave us so much helpful and interesting information. All spoke excellent English and again, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The driver was lovely and we felt very safe, and the hotels were excellent.
The tour was very well-balanced and I really don’t think I could have improved on it.
We were so grateful to the whole team for the way they looked after us, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
