Jinji Peak
Located in the eastern part of Yunnan Province, Luoping Peak Forest spans 1,000 square kilometers at the strategic junction of Yunnan, Guangxi, and Guizhou. Known as the Gateway to Eastern Yunnan and the Key to Yunnan and Guizhou, the region is a true natural wonder. The area is characterized by deep ravines and winding canyons, alternating basins and ridges, and a wide distribution of carbonate rocks, all of which contribute to its distinctive karst landscape. During the winter and spring, Luoping transforms into a golden sea of canola flowers across 300,000 acres in dam, earning it the title of the “world’s largest natural garden”. The lush floral displays create an awe-inspiring view, attracting visitors from all over the world. Furthermore, the region’s peak forest has been ranked fifth in “China’s Five Most Beautiful Peak Forests”, as recognized by the National Geographic of China during the “Beauty Pageant China” event. The Golden Rooster Peak, the heart of Luoping Peak Forest Scenic Area, stands as a monumental testament to the grandeur of nature. From Dahei Mountain, located on the left side of National Highway 324, a panoramic view of the Jinji Peak Area unfolds before your eyes. The peaks in the distance, with their distinct shapes, rise from dozens to hundreds of meters in height, creating an awe-inspiring patchwork of natural formations. The towering peaks, seeming to stretch into the heavens, captivate all who behold them, their mysterious presence filling the viewer with wonder.
