How We Work Together

We start with a conversation to get to know each other: your work, your region, your way of doing things and what you’re looking for in a partner. Often we then work together on a few selected trips, and from there the relationship grows through experience and honest feedback on both sides.

We value your expertise. You know your region, your craft and your guests’ needs on the day better than anyone in an office can. We share as much as we can in advance, including guest profiles, expectations, pacing and any special requests, and on the ground we trust you to make sensible decisions, staying in touch when something needs our coordination or approval.
